Nightmare 3 bundle released
« on: January 27, 2008, 01:55:43 PM »
For those with an interest in ancient artifacts, the
old Nightmare 3 lib has now received a good Fluffing
and is now available bundled with FluffOS and includes
the Windows executable.

Get your perverted kicks on this transgressively
old yet surprisingly solid lib:

Any use for Nightmare IVr6 for study purposes or due to distribution rights and/or similarity to DS no need for that?  :-\

I won't be distributing Nightmare IV because Descartes expressly revoked
such license from everyone. You could argue for years whether this
revocation can be upheld, the nature of its legal force, if any, etc. But
the short answer is no, I won't be making it available for download.

On the other hand, the Dead Souls 1 ( http://lpmuds.net/downloads.html#ds1 )
lib is almost exactly the same thing as the Nightmare IV lib. For the
purposes of code analysis, you'd gain nothing from using NMIV over DSI.

Copy that...

Except perhaps for some lib-examples (npcs, rooms, whatsoever) right?
I was aware of Descartes' measures though.
