LPUniversity news
« on: November 29, 2006, 08:53:46 PM »

I spoke with Tacitus recently and he was very clear in his

assertion that LPUniversity is "deader than dead". He's had

a recent major event in his life, and appears to have decided

to take off in a different direction.

I don't know what the status or future of the LPU lib is.

I asked Tacitus to let me mirror the old content from the LPU

site, because there was good stuff there, and it's a shame to just

let it disappear. He wasn't opposed to the idea, and with the

help of Chronos, I've been working on salvaging what I can

from the most recent database dumps.

You can see the current progress here:

If anyone has an old LPU backup they can let me use, I'd

much appreciate it, because there was some good stuff in

the pre-Drupal site.

Thanks.

Since the LPU project is dead, and what remains is the LPU lib, I've moved this topic to the Lib discussion board.
