I really like DS !!!
I use it to test my stuff before it goes live on my mud ...
But on DS is combat completely different (on my mud is more modified that on basic nightmare in fact is more complex ) ...
But It is ok because i need only basic support which DS offers (like description npc obejects  etc)
But i dont know which stats d4epends on what ...
I notice hp depends on durability but meaning other stat is not so clear to me ...i must combat stuff completely rewrite but a need to tell my testplayers how things works
Second thing players resting is very low amost none ...
I solve it making potion with cooldown deamon whichpartially solve that thing...
But could someone tells me where i find information about usage stats nad/or how to change player resting ?

strength 33:2 = start with 33 str, gain 1 str per 2 levels.
also try 'help deviate/deviation'
also race files have the starting stats (secure/cfg/race)
hope this helps
