There probably isn't something exactly like what you have in mind.

Describe the behavior you'd like to see from bows and arrows and perhaps some general examples might be available.

    you load a arrow
    you do not have any arrows
    you are not wearing the quiver
fire arrow at crat  :D - crat can be in the same room or in an adjacent room
    you fire an arrow at crat
    crat barely avoids the arrow
    the arrow grazes crat's arm
    the arrow remains stuck in crat's chest
    [crat] aelyah fired an arow at you
             you barely avoid the arrow (matrix agility :))
             the arrow grazes your arm
             the arrow hits your chest and remains stuck
buy bow
buy quiver
buy 20 arrows
put arrows in quiver

firearm is not exactly bow behavior

I was wondering if any of the DS implementations have the bow/arrow features, maybe someone can publish the associated code.
