Filter(object(), x, y, z) question

Okay, so I'm confused by the filter man files.

Here is what I am trying to do:

Well... In my browser it looks more like five africans in dark cellar.
I think, therefore i may be wrong.
Please note that if you met a Raudhrskal in a place that's not related to muds, it wasn't me. *sigh*... back when I started there was zero hits on google for that name...
